As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are generally processed within 48 hours. However, during windows of high demand, we may require up to 10 business days to process and ship your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.
Please fill out the back of the packing slip that arrived with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who can also help facilitate the return process. Once the return/replacement is initiated, please ship the merchandise back to our Kenosha warehouse (address below).
Once our warehouse receives the merchandise, the credit or replacement order is generated. Credits/replacement orders are made in 2 transactions, to the original form of payment, for accounting and inventory management purposes; please allow 3-5 business days for one or both transactions to take place.
Replacement orders (if requested) are then shipped and charged to the original method of payment used on the initial order.
